The only major drawback to this PC is that the screen is very dim when running on battery power. Again, for it's age this PC has been pretty good. |

I'm notified that I am at risk and when I try to activate it from the window that comes up, I am unable to turn the firewall on. So, I then go to the Control Panel and that takes quite awhile to allow me to scroll down to the Firewall icon. I click on it and sometimes it will allow me to turn it on and other times it won't and gives me an error message that I am unable to turn it on. |

Internet provider claims times are acceptable although should be provideing 15 Mb/s download. Would like to show if part of problem with internet provider. Would also like to know how to improve performance of computer. |

I remembered that I have PC Matic on an older model desktop that I used and it made a recognizable difference in the performance on that. I thought it would be a good idea to run a scaan on this laptop to see if I can get better performance. Ron |
