4/6/2010 8:38:06 AM For about the last month, processor goes to 100% usage during occasional lockups when using web. Dell service tech had me load google security features although I normally use Norton Symantec (provided by broadband provider ComCast). Service tech also had me activate IE privacy features to block cookies but I still have several unknown cookies load on start page when I start IE. Tech also recommended I purchase your product to help resolve the issue.
