8/4/2009 12:12:13 PM I received this machine from my employer(Dell D400 Laptop)and it came with an external dvd drive that works approximatly 10% of the time. Most of the time the laptop does not see the drive when it is attached and if you try to boot the machine up with the drive attached the machine will shut down before it gets to the Windows screen. Currently my most pressing need is a serious problem I am having with hijacking. I need a fix for this problem. Can anybody help? kelly.barnes@dos.state.ny.us
