| 7/13/2010 9:55:53 PM | Screen appears in sections, and closes in sections. It is a workhorse of a computer; not much goes awry with it. Only lately has it slowed down so much. I've removed all unnecessary programs and files to free up space and it hasn't helped much. |

| 6/16/2010 11:40:07 AM | This computer had a virus which required manufacture, Dell to take control of the computer to remove the virus. Had to re-install programs and has not operated as fast since then. I recently ordered 1 gig of RAM for it and will install that when it arrives. |
