I can't find any unwarranted programs to remove. I am unable to watch video, except for Netflix sometimes. Most other video sites, such as Hulu, will have choppy sound and look like a depressed slide show. One of my jobs is working from home and if my computer were up to speed I'd be making a lot more money. From boot up to open one webpage to check my email takes about 8 or 9 minutes. :( |

There are several cookies that never go away when I delete all temporary files in internet explorer. I also am never (was able until a year or so ago) able to open a PDF file that comes to me in an email. It always opens in MS Word. I can download the PDF, but can't just click on it to get it to open because it opens in Word. I have to right click it and then tell it open with Adobe. I forget to do that sometimes and then I have to close it out of Word and start all over again. Drives me crazy. Not sure of the exact year I bought this Dell computer. I would have to go back and research. I have Windows XP. |
