9/4/2011 10:47:21 PM The computer has started running slow and having problems with connecting to the bluetooth feature and the network is often time very slow and freezes up for moments at a time and has problems connecting.

3/3/2012 12:07:22 PM I am having serious problems with start-up, lock-ups, frequent restarts and running slow. I just installed this progrom and hope that it will correct the problems I have been having. I ran my first scan and found 18 problems that have been fixed. Now I will see if the problem have been corrected. Thanks

10/29/2010 12:05:47 AM during bootup, the bootup hangs up on a blank screen immediately after selecting the user for login. Close & reopen laptop lid, select user again, then wait about 4-5 minutes and Windows 7 screen finally opens. Also, it loses connection with the wireless router. Using laptop 1 floor above router. PC on 2nd floor has no problem. Neither does an old Dell laptop setting in the exact same location. Plan to buy an Apple Air Port, or something like that to get better connectivity and also to take advantage of 802.11n capability in laptop.

9/6/2010 8:45:18 PM Greetings, I am very satisfied with this computer so far. I have had several instances when the computer locked up and I couldn't even bring up yhe task manager to end the program I thought might be causing the problem and actualy had to remove the battery to get the computer to shut down so I could restart it. each time this happened I restarted in "safe mode" so I could do a proper shut down before restarting in normal mode. I seem to be having problems with my Wi-Fi turning itself off.
