12/9/2009 8:59:36 PM It is a new laptop that I just got in October, but I had to have someone come out to fix a few things and it still freezes up on me. I have to re-boot it. There are other things also, but this is my first laptop ao I didn't have anything to go on.

6/1/2010 9:38:50 AM Adquiri el programa porque me dijo nuestro asesor que me solucionaria el problema con el explorador de windows que no funciona y quedo exactamente igual, no sé si puedan ayudarme. Cuando intento entrar al panel de control me avisa que el explorador de windows no esta funcionando y posteriormente que esta reiniciando el explorador de windows y cierra el pantallazo del panel de control y no deja hacer nada.
