3/27/2013 12:03:40 PM I am satisfied with this PC, but not the tech support that came with it. They (tech support) are unable to solve a problem without creating another one. In this case, the problem was with the internet connection, which got fixed, but the line of communication between the computer and the printer got broken leaving unable to print anything. Also, there is not tab under the printer properties that has to do with fixing this problem.

12/8/2010 9:34:28 AM This computer is brand new but sometimes locks up and then runs extremely slow. At those times, it won't even shutdown completely. Otherwise it runs fairly fast.

8/30/2011 10:13:47 PM I have an Ubuntu partition which got corrupted and I have not yet been able to fix. Additionally, I let my father use this computer and I now have a fairly major spyware problem (which is what I am currently trying to track down).
