9/8/2009 12:59:04 AM I am unable to run scandisk. I need to fix a few system problems and thought if I ran scandisk it would fix the problem. How can I get it to run after I reboot it only will run in read only mode. other than that problem I love this computer

9/30/2009 4:29:37 AM at the moment i am having problems with netowork settings and our router. also scan disk can not run I am really frustrated because this pc is giving me a bunch of problems this last week or so. Any help would be great! Thanks so much!

2/1/2010 9:16:00 AM I cannot get windows service pack 2 or 3 to install. During the installation process windows reports that it is denied access and has to undo the changes of service packs 2 and 3 and it returns the computer back to it's previous state but it also reports that the computer may be unstable because it couldn't restore all files back to its previous state. I cannot install windows explorer 8 it can't continue and tries to undo what it was attempting to install.

11/18/2010 12:30:11 AM having problems with updating some drivers to use things like my cd / dvd writer unalbe to find updates and firmware for the hardware. a few other drivers are also hard to find updates for but mainly the dvd is the most important I need to use it to reinstall software. driving me crazy. It will read all the dvds or cds I have written but will not read any manufactured dvds or cds which I find almost backwards to me. very strange.
