Sometimes programs quit responding. I got this computer less than 3 weeks ago. I don't think this should be happening. |

For instance all the movies and shows for Windows Media Center are gone. I even lost Microsoft word that came with the computer. I'm not satisfied with trying to download all this stuff again. |

I hope you do not let me down. Ive never used this product, but I am hopefull based on what they said at the store. |
