4/24/2012 6:41:00 PM I was told that I had to purchase this software when I took my contract out for a year on software issues with IYOGI.support.com I already have software that does the same thing that I paid for and have a subscription for a year. Why do I have to buy something I already have. I will be checking in on this issue with the company.

It is responsive and never falters or gives me error messages that confuse and do not help. This is the best I have ever had up to now.
