3/2/2013 1:38:28 PM TOTAL DEFENSE is slowing my computer down. I am constantly waiting for TD when it is working in the background to do "who knows what". I am completely dissatisfied with TOTAL DEFENSE. I will not be renewing my subscription. As a result of all the headaches caused by TOTAL DEFENSE I am migrating over to UBUNTU and away from the Windows virus environment. The cost of the learning curve now feels cheap by comparison to the cost of waiting and time and money spent on technical support. Good bye and DO NOT RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION. 9/9/2012 1:16:23 PM Was perfect for 6 months. then mouse clicks and key stroke delays started. Then Chrome was slow and a blue screen appeared. All tests revealed no probs - virus, malware scans, HDD scans, system integrity and so on. Have booted with system repair... have stopped indexing service...still slow and freezing, nearly constand HDD access.
