There are a few problems that will not take a 64 bit and no updates to solve my problem. I am furious at this tech, to say the least. He should have checked my laptop and checked the upgrade on the drive he installed. |

I finally took it to a PC technician and he found one side of the memory was defective - card was cracked - and had to be replaced. after that it worked better. However, now I am very suspcicious of HP products and probably will not buy HP Pcs anymore. |

It has performed better than I expected until recently when she got it in her head to go to Kazaa, Limewire and Pirates Bay to download music. It got bogged down nobody told me. My computer crashed this weekend I got the Windows Police Pro virus and needed this computer to research a fix and download various items and the thing really started to deteriorate on me until the screen was flashing and I could barely navigate the web. So now I am working to tweak it so some of its old performance will come back. I must admit it has been sorely neglected I dont use it much out of site out of mind and she doesn't know any better she was never told. |
