| 7/24/2012 3:20:16 PM | This computer has a couple of quirks that happen fairly often. One is that when I'm online, I often get the "crash" when Flash Player is used. This happens most often when I'm on a photography website. I can usually resume my work,but it's irritating. I also have a cursor that wanders all over the page when I'm typing and I have to keep an eye on it or I'll be typing way off somewhere. I haven't pursued this with HP as it's also just an irritation. There might be an easy fix, but I don't know what it is. |

I had to buy a new laptop 2 weeks ago because I got a virus that couldn't be deleted, even by HP remotely. I'm hoping that by using PC Matic and Trojan Killer along with the installed Norton firewall and malware provided with this system that it doesn't happpen again. I lost a lot of pictures that I may not have in hard copy. I use this machine for recreational use only. |
