| 11/5/2011 9:26:45 AM | INITIALLY, the pc had a sticky key - and it was only 2 weeks old. I did not expect this from a new pc - an HP pc, no less. As a result, I dealt with the retailer, Best Buy, and they allowed me to exchg it for an identical model, but the deal was that I buy a 2 year extended warranty - the one which includes accidental occurrences - and it was very expensive. As a result, I am not happy with it. I also do not like the number pad on the right side of the keyboard. It is almost like HP was trying to justify the 17" screen by having a keyboard sized to match. Ham-handed at best. |

It has frozen several times-in the middle of surfing the net, playing a video and several times i had to remove battery in order to turn it off. I cannot download some updates for windows. And now i cannot read some documents or what ever you want to call it, because it now says plug ins are missing. For a 2 week old PC--this is RIDICULOUS!! PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you |
