1/27/2011 2:25:01 PM This HP laptop has been enormously troublefree for years. Recently, it takes forever for programs and files to load. I notice that typing does not always appear as quickly as I type. If I go away for awhile, when I come back, the internet connections are so slow or "not responding." Outlook will not send or receive because it asks me for a network username and password. I'm not even on a network, let alone know a password. Help! I love this laptop.

1/6/2010 4:20:15 PM I purchased a three system pc tune up and had problems with hard idsk drives. After replacing the drives I now get message that this is a trial version. I can't reinstall it on the same systems that it was installed on previously
