8/20/2011 12:26:42 PM It is my wifes and it has Windows Vista which is a problem to begin with. My laptop is running Windows 7 and I came from a desktop using XP Home. Can't load latest cumulative fix CBU0067530. Fails everytime with error code 80070005. Like to replce but waiting for deal like my laptop was through HSN.
