3/25/2010 7:54:08 PM Computer is good. Manufacturer support is poor to non-existant. Out of the box, recovery disk creator wouldn't work. Tech support consists of someone cutting and pasting scripts into a response. Very sad for a nice piece of equipment that just needs a little TLC.
