8/15/2011 6:52:14 PM The MS Vista OS needs to be upgraded to Windows 7, but the SONY tech service says that it shouldn't be. I don't see why not, and I have already bought Windows 7. Should I install this upgrade?

1/15/2010 3:32:23 PM When I am typing emails or other applications including text, my typing will jump back or forward to wherever the cursor may be "resting" in the text area. In order to avoid this, I have to make sure the cursor is not in the text portion of what I am doing. The other problem is that when I am filling out forms online, the screen will scroll up or down and I have to stop what I am doing and "retrieve" where I am on the form. Sometimes, if the cursor is resting near the submit spot, incomplete information will be submitted and I will have to start all over again filling out the form.
