Other my biggest complaint is that the home wireless cable network, it is supposed to roadrunner, but it is always crashing on me, keeps claiming network is out of reach or low signal, and it not, its right here almost next to me. will call the company. |

| 6/25/2009 6:35:21 AM | I'm having the same problem as the young lady posted on this page: http://forums.pcpitstop.com/index.php?showtopic=113196 I booted my computer yesterday morning before unplugging my external hard drive, which I use to back up each night. It will only boot in safe mode or safe mode with networking. I've tried "last known config that worked", with not luck. Presumeably as a result of running in safe mode, my McAfee is not working and cannot be "fixed". Also, my monitor is projecting in a size larger than my screen, making it difficult to see everything at once. I've tried resetting that but it won't change resolution, just defaults back to the lowest res. I've been working on this for hours and hours, yesterday and this morning. I'm working my way through the thread referenced above to see if I can fix it. So far, no luck. |
