| 9/28/2010 10:56:07 AM | when trying to access a certain program there are always different programs poping up and then having to close to continue with nthe other program, and sometime opening a certain program it will freeze my computer then have to shut down manually and the when I reopen the computer everything comes out large, and then I have to shut down and reopen and then it is fine |

It appears to be monitoring every action at times, even on Skype, as sometimes the person I am talking to cannot hear me clearly. my voice is muffled, they tell me. I am a 65 year old pensioner and the problems with this computer is the biggest stress in my life. I expect when I pay for a service to get good, honest produsts/service. |
