10/6/2011 7:43:52 PM Occasionaly locks up with hard drive lite on. Sometimes can be cleared by task manager sometimes by logging off. If I wait for boot to comlete plus 2 minutes generally works ok.

1/1/2010 11:55:45 AM When i restart my computer, the mouse sometimes doesn't show and won't go to the home page. So i may have to restart it 3 to 4 times before it starts up right.

11/30/2009 8:47:26 AM I am not happy with CA after purshasing this software for the second year in the row and because I messed up by formatting the PC and tried to download the software purchase 9 Nov 09, CA will not let me download the software again on the same machine I purchased it for. I feel like contacting the Better Business Bureau.
