6/11/2009 12:38:00 PM Had to replace hard drive and add additional memory. Not happy with the fact that computer cam with 1/2 gig of memory with Vista installed. Had to upgrade to 2 gb. And original hard drive had bad sectors and ultimately failed. Had to replace this too. Before changes, the computer ran as slow as molasses!!

4/28/2010 4:29:23 PM The laptop takes a very long time when it is first booted to go through all the processes. It sometimes takes a while for websites to come on screen, etc. **With the installation of PC Tune-Up Plus my laptop is running much more efficiently!

8/24/2010 10:06:06 AM The CD/DVD reader/writer does not function properly. I must reboot to see what I copy and when I insert a disk, I no longer automatically get the option of opening it. I have to go into my computer and then drill into the drive to access or install new software. McAfee really messed up my computer!!!

They are also shown when searched for. Also now growing problems with files not being able to uploaded (whereas a few days ago it did upload w/out any issues)for 'You Send It' email program + Dropbox + gmail (for same reason stated).

MOST OF ALL, the computer virus/spyware DNSCHANGER.CODEX comes back again and again and again, and is associated with slowdowns and reboots. It keeps reinstalling and s the ONLY computer out of 6 in the home with this issue.
