8/3/2010 8:55:06 PM The system is now doing better, since the last go around with your support in India. I am still not sure how much of the problem(s) is from the system and how much is from your product(s). I would say that if you have made a product that is supposed to work with Windows, the claim is clearly made your products can, therefore, make Windows work. Thanks for the excellent support. I am now believing for the product to be the same. This system still locks up and I am still unable to get service pack 2 installed, and a couple of important security updates are still not going through. Is this CA or is it Windows or is it both? 12/6/2009 10:27:41 AM Computer screen goes blank unexpectedly (blacks out) when in use, it seems it heats up. I've purchased a fan where the computer now seats, that has helped, but it us cumbersome if I want to take my laptop anywhere.

11/21/2011 8:15:35 AM it is better than before. but, i just copied everything onto an external hard disk, and performed "recovery" on this hard drive. so, we'll see. can i use pc tuneup on the external hard disk?
