| 9/13/2010 5:30:13 PM | On the whole I like the computer. This is my second computer. My first was a mac that I bought in 2006. I welcomed the transition, but now I feel somewhat apprehentious about it. Generally it doesn't run as smoothly as I'd like it to. Using the trackpad for the curser, I can move it around in a circle and as I do so, I can see the curser arrow getting sort of stuck before it moves on again smoothly. It does this over and over again. I also notice this sortof 'glitching' when the screensaver turns on. I have it set to the bubble screensaverand when the bubbles pop out they'll freeze and then start again where they should be. I know this isn't a really big deal, but I just expected this thing to be running a lot more smoothly. Also, windows keeps shutting down unexpectedly, and it keeps asking me if I want to restart in safe mode. It makes me somewhat nervous about my purchase. Other than these minor glitches I like the computer. |
