3/4/2013 11:08:44 AM it locked up for the very first time this am. never before. I could only pull plug on it, no keys responded, and ctrl,alt,del did not work, nor trying to shut down tower. so I pulled plug. now hopefully all is well

2/17/2011 7:28:50 AM I purchased this computer on 09-11-2008 and within one week of purchase, I was already having MAJOR issues. The very first time I told it to do an error-check for drive c, it crashed my computer and that was the first factory restore that I had to do. Since then, I have done 9 more and am backing up files now to do another because my cd/dvd burner's files are all corrupt or missing according to HP Support. There are a multitude of other issues that I have with this computer, but Hewlett-Packard refuses to do anything to help, so I deal with it. I'm hoping that your program will help some.
