6/30/2010 6:29:04 AM Two problems since 9-1-2009; First one required field visit by Dell tech; second one was software problem diagnosed and fixed over Internet connection by Dell tech. Completely satisfied with the computer and will purchase another Dell by end of year. This is my 3rd Dell computer; I am also a stockholder.

I have computer problems every 2 to 3 weeks and have to IYOGI to fix the problem. I guess you could say I hate this one but I am to poor to by another it won't be a Dell

1/23/2010 10:54:16 AM i AM CONSTANTLY HAVING TECH SUPPORT REPLACE AND FIX THINGS THAT JUST QUIT WORKING PROPERLY.For no reason drivers quit working properly, for no reason the Video is not working properly. I am asked if i downloaded anything and answer is always no, I dont download things to my computer, I have games i play and this is all. But computer requires tech support least once week or more.
