9/26/2019 9:32:27 AM It takes a long time to boot up and I often get a message that windows had to close and will re-start, but it never restats, Also, last week I got a "Critical Error message (Start menu not Cortana not working. WE'll try and fix it the nest time you sign in. THe a button to sign out. But it never fixed. Instead at the windows login my password would not work and I was unable to log back ionto . Spenmt hourrs on the phone with Microsoft and finally got it fixed, but lost all my programs and applications in the process..

7/10/2016 8:38:38 AM I just took this computer to the Geek Squad to restore the operating system. I'm reloading everything. The operation was horrible and then it just crashed. Now it's back, but I'm suspicious that it was a lemon to start with. I've only had it six months.
