I have backed up all my data and used system restore to take it back to factory settings, and installed free antivirus software. I am now visiting sites like yours to try to improve the performance of my computer. I also intend to buy more RAM. My internet connection is BT wireless broadband - I'm not sure what to choose from the speed selection below. I upload sound files (legally) as well as downloading, from the internet.
